The 8th grade East Broncos were fired up heading into their last game of the season, a district championship matchup against the Heritage Broncos. The defense came ready to play as people were making plenty of great tackles around the field. The Broncos scored two touchdowns right before half. Sash Suriya threw a beautiful touchdown to Luke Roberts and just a minute later Sash threw another touchdown to Matthew Epps putting East up 16-0 at half. The offense was able to run the ball very well in the second half and the defense stepped up immensely. The Broncos were able to get the win 16-6 making them the district champions for the 2023 football season!
